| four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. As you achieve |
| the requirements of one tier you'll graduate to the next. During |
| your apprenticeship you'll work a full-time schedule and earn |
| $7 per hour. Here's what you'll focus on in each tier... |

| Bronze From Monday through Friday you'll attend classes and |
| workshops to learn about Kenneth's products, unique cutting |
| and styling techniques, company culture and work ethic. |
| Silver You'll become a full assistant to one of our top |
| stylists and learn to interact with clients while you help |
| with shampooing, color mixing and styling. You'll also be |
| taking advanced classes in cutting. Your work schedule |
| will be the same as the stylist you're assisting. |

| Gold You'll attend hands-on advanced classes Monday |
| through Thursday. That's when you'll put the knowledge |
| you've gained to use by doing hair styling on models. |
